At Rugged Radios, we stand behind the durability of our gear; if your apparel doesn't meet the demands of your lifestyle, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you; simply print it out and securely package your items in their original mailer.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to get your gear back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Our team will inspect the items within 5 business days of arrival and issue your refund or ship out your new exchange size immediately.
